We understand that needs do not stop after sunset. Hourly domiciliary visits start from £23, while night sits and live-in arrangements are priced individually following assessment. Our rates include carer travel within your area, care planning, insurance and regular reviews, so there are no hidden extras. We invoice weekly or fortnightly, whichever suits your budgeting preferences.

Depending on circumstances, you may be eligible for Local Authority Direct Payments, NHS Continuing Healthcare or other grants. We recognise that life can be unpredictable. Simply ring the office before 3 pm on the previous working day to cancel, postpone or rearrange a visit without charge. All carers are trained to act calmly and follow agreed protocols. In a medical emergency we will dial 999 immediately, stay with the person until help arrives and contact the nominated relative. For less urgent issues we phone the on-call supervisor, available 24/7, who will advise or attend in person. Detailed notes are recorded and shared, so everyone involved understands what happened and the next steps.
